Annoying error that occurs when deleting private views from the designer client.

To get around it:

Select another view in the database in the client.
Close down the database in the client and all instances (documents and views) of that database.
Close the database in the designer and all design elements for the database.
Open the database in the designer, go to views and you should be able to delete the view.
