How to add style sheet comments and why, and also changing content type of a  lotus notes page that stores css.

It is a good idea to add a comment to the top of the style sheet:

This shows developers that users are seeing the latest version, they are not caching an older version, and

changes made can be recorded and reversed if they mess things up.

Also: If you save your css as a lotus notes page, also make sure you set the Content type to Other: text/css
