In R4 when viewing the design, the list of Forms/Views etc was not cached. In R5 it is. This can cause problems for designers when first moving from R4 to R5.
You have to hit F9 to refresh the list sometimes.
e.g. If I change the alias of a view, the other designers looking at the list will not see it straight away.
They have to hit F9. A pain.
