This was a very scary error that happened when I upgraded Quickr to 8.1 . The customised theme pages where you upload page.htm etc came up with text such as "MISSING CODE" instead of the file upload boxes.

After looking around I realised this was an Active X problem. When are IBM going to get rid of Active X ? Use Java please.

I tried deleting the Quickr libraries etc , and eventually just reset internet explorer.

This is an option on Tools->Options->Advanced .

You have to agree to various new active x libraries etc, Then pages then came up as expected.
