The conference runs from Sunday 21st to Thursday 25th January.
Sunday is the Business Development Day and is for partners and benefits from sales informaiton and a better breakfast than the jumpstart stream of sessions. You can register as a partner on the lotus site and tick the BDD box on the registration or add it after, if you ahave already registered.
The general session is at 8am on Monday and contains the hot news and demoes, usually with a guest speaker such as John Cleese or Seinfeld's Jason Alexander (George).

Hotels
The best hotels are the Dolphin and Swan as that is where the sessions are.
The best cheap hotel is the Disney Resorts All Star Sports hotel, as there is a direct bus from there to Lotusphere. I stayed in the All Star Movies hotel last year which was about a mile away and the official bus did not go there, which cost me 20mins extra every morning and night.
If you are staying at a Disney resort you can get a free bus from orlando airport to the resort, do not buy a bus ticket!
Parties and drinks sessions:
Sunday
There is a UKISA (UK, Ireland & South Africa) channel drinks reception on Sunday 21st Jan at Shula's Lounge in the Dolphin Hotel, 5-6.15pm. This is by invitation only.
At 6.30pm - 9m there is a welcome reception, which has food and beers. You can get extra tickets for guests but no kids are allowed.
Monday
The Penumbra group usualy have some drinks sessions, get an invite by chatting to a member in the sessions. See page for details. They have a meal on monday night.
I think I will be at the Pirates and Princesses night thoug with the kid at magical kingdom.
Tuesday
There is a poker competition held by SalesPlace.com at HardRock Cafe see there booth 413-415 for an entry place ( only 400 ). 8pm-Midnight
Wednesday
Last year we went to Sea World on the Wednesday night, It's Animal Kingdom this time. You could get extra tickets for your family as well.
