Sometimes Notes gets in a mess with deleted documents and views. A view may not have updated properly, and displays a document that has been deleted. Clicking view refresh or pressing F9 has no effect.

Try doing a shift + F9 to refresh the view.

A shift+ctrl+F9 will refresh all views in the database.

Another way to get rid of the document is to create a new replica of the database

Choose to not bring over deleted documents if the problem continues.
