This is a trick I learnt yesterday. I wish I had learnt it a few years ago. Maybe I am the only person who does not know it.





If you press the Tab key in the last cell of a table a new row is added.

This works for Lotus Notes tables and MS Word tables.

 

Another tip was how to select a column of text in Word without the rest of the line. (This doe not work in Notes).

Normally if you try and select the text below in word you get all of it.

If you click the mouse button before the "this" and then hold down ALT and drag to the end of "selected" it will not select the last column.

2   is                    is
3   selected          not
