If you create a web page, there is always a gap at the top of the page. Thiis is more obvious in internet explorer.

To fix this you need to set

topmargin=0 leftmargin=0 marginheight=0 marginwidth=0

in the body tag.

ie <body topmargin=0>

To do this in a notes form put this

"topmargin=0 leftmargin=0 marginheight=0 marginwidth=0"

in "HTML Body Attributes" properties.
